Orders Frequently Asked Questions

Upon receiving payment, we will prepare and ship your order. We do everything we can to process orders asap. When we experience heavy volume, we may not ship until the next business day. These are rare occasions.  Orders processed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Orders have a flat rate fee of $20.00. We ship Canada Wide to any adult of legal age in their respective province or territory. We utilize Canada Post express post service with tracking. Canada Post express post service typically takes 2-3 business days to most major city centers in Canada and 3-5 business days to rural locations. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note: Canada Post has suspended their delivery standards during COVID-19. We are noticing a small delay in the shipping times for some packages.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you 

If you suspect your package has been lost in the mail, first, check the tracking information for your package. Then email us to determine the status of your order and request assistance.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

Update: Canada Post has suspended their signature upon delivery service during COVID-19. If you wish to have the package held for you at the post office for pickup, you may sign up for a free flex delivery account at your nearest Canada Post location.

A: If you require a signature for delivery, Canada post will not leave the package in your mailbox. If you are not home when the post arrives, you will need to pick up your package from the post office. If you live in an apartment complex that has been broken into or for some reason, feel unsafe to have the package dropped directly in your mailbox, this is a good option for you. 


If you want the package to be left in your mailbox, then please do not opt for the signature. If it has been marked by Canada Post as delivered and you say you did not receive it; we have grounds to not replace your order.

On larger orders, we may add a signature upon delivery at our discretion.  

You must be on or over the age of 19 (proof of age required) with a Canadian shipping address)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from this Site. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us. We will coordinate with Canada Post using their Trace Service to recover your order. Once a trace service is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take up to 5 business days to complete) If product is not recoverable, we will ship out a new product.
